About this kit

A rider that runs fine for ten minutes then starves and stalls often has a tired fuel pump rather than a carb problem. The diaphragm inside the pump hardens and stops pulling fuel on every pulse. This replacement fits Kohler 17 to 25 HP and Kawasaki 15 to 25 HP engines.

It replaces Kohler 24 393 04-S and 16-S, John Deere LG808656, M138498 and M145667, and Kawasaki 49040-7001. A 1/4" inside diameter fuel line and an AM116304 filter that takes 1/4" or 5/16" lines come with it.
